Free shipping on every US order. No minimum, and no surprise fees at the door.
Delivery takes up to 16 days from the day you order. Most orders arrive sooner. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where it ships from
PhantomSeat ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Asia on a duties-paid (DDP) service. Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us before the parcel leaves. You will never be asked for customs, brokerage or any additional fee on delivery - not by the carrier, not by customs.
Halloween deadline: order by October 13 to receive your PhantomSeat before Halloween.
If your order has not arrived within 16 days, email support@phantomseat.com and we will sort it out.
