Will it fit my headrest?
Headrests vary more than people expect, so it is worth checking. PhantomSeat is cut for standard headrests and the high-stretch fabric takes up the difference across most cars, SUVs and trucks. If it does not sit right on yours, the 30-day refund covers it.
How many covers do I get?
One cover per PhantomSeat, so the $19.99 option dresses a single headrest. Most cars have two front seats, which is why the 2-pack is $29.99 - $15 per cover.
How long does delivery take?
Up to 16 days from order to doorstep, and most orders land sooner. You get a tracking link by email the day it ships, so you can watch it move.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
Delivery takes up to 16 days, so order by October 13 and it lands before October 31. After that date we cannot promise it arrives in time.
Are there any extra fees?
No. Shipping is free on every US order, and the price you see at checkout is the full price. Nothing further is ever collected from you on delivery.
Does it really look like the photos?
Reasonable doubt on something bought entirely for how it looks. The face is printed on both sides of a plush stretch cover, and it reads sharpest in low light, which is when you will actually use it. If it disappoints you in person, email support@phantomseat.com within 30 days for a full refund.
Does it affect the headrest or my view?
It is a fabric sleeve that slides over the headrest and adds nothing structural. The headrest still raises, lowers and locks the same way, and the cover sits below your rear-view mirror line.
What if I want to send it back?
Email support@phantomseat.com within 30 days of delivery and we will send return instructions and refund you in full. Full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
